Mixed feelings about this stay
The hotel features a well-equipped spa that offers great massages at reasonable prices, and the spacious junior suite provided breathtaking mountain views. The breakfast buffet was notably satisfying with a variety of options.
Unfortunately, the dining experience lacked consistency, with drinks pricing becoming a frustrating issue, and staff communication left much to be desired. Room cleanliness could improve, leaving a less-than-ideal impression.

Had a great time with friends enjoying the spacious maisonette. The variety of activities like hiking and excursions added to our fun. The spa services were excellent, and the staff everywhere were friendly. The food offered plenty of tasty options for all tastes, ensuring we never went hungry. And the location's proximity to ski slopes was super convenient!
Parking was a hassle. We faced issues on our first day with limited spots and had to deal with heavy snow making it even more challenging. It took quite a while to get our car moved to safety.

Spa vibes and nice food!
Had a fab time at the spa! The newly renovated areas were super relaxing. I loved the cedar sauna – that woody smell was so nice! The breakfast was great too, lots to choose from. Just be careful walking around. those floors can be super slippery. a solid stay!

The Perelik offered excellent value for money, featuring a variety of activities such as ten-pin bowling and an inviting nightclub atmosphere. Dining options were substantial and consistently warm, and the spacious swimming pool provided a refreshing retreat after a long day of work. The buffet did get busy during peak meal times, but the overall selection was commendable.
The waiting times for the lifts were often lengthy.

great stay but minor room issues
The Junior Suite I stayed in was spacious, stylish, and impeccably clean. The pool and spa area offered a refreshing escape with plenty of space to relax. I particularly enjoyed the stunning mountain view from my balcony, which added a special touch to my mornings.
One minor issue I encountered was a slight delay in receiving room service.

The spacious junior suite offered a relaxing escape, complemented by outstanding food options, including delicious smoothies. While the location is central, making it convenient for accessing the city, the limited spa facilities felt overcrowded at times. there was a lack of adequate indoor parking, especially with the snow complicating the situation. Still, the warm hospitality from the staff made the experience enjoyable.
